Utilizing your experience with Agile game development, expert communication skills, and overall good judgment, you will help your team navigate daily roadblocks and long-term risks to realize our ambitious vision for the future of BioShock.&nbsp;</span></p> <h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></h3> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive delivery of the AI Systems team, including all engineering, design, and related gameplay animation work.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Leads and other producers to develop a roadmap of goals to achieve long-term milestones.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Break down goals into a plan with actionable tasks, then follow through on delivery of those tasks across sprints, milestones, and longer-term deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Handle day-to-day tactical workflow issues, remove blockers, and coordinate dependencies across teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactively identify and resolve risks while ensuring their impact and status are well understood by stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage daily communication loops with internal and external teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><
