Associate Manager - Consulting-Change Management

As an Associate Manager, you will play a vital role in driving successful S4 HANA implementations and ensuring smooth change management processes. • Lead and manage S4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, addressing organizational and cultural aspects.
• Provide strategic consulting services, offering expert advice and solutions to clients' unique challenges.
• Foster strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored change management strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our change management methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation and change management efforts.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs to ensure user adoption and successful system transitions.
• Analyze and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, timeline, and budget, maintaining high-quality standards.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting and change management, with a focus on S4 HANA implementations.
• Proven track record of successful S4 HANA project deliveries and change management initiatives.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs for system transitions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
