Job Duties
The library is looking for a friendly, service oriented, and enthusiastic assistant circulation manager. The library is fast a changing, technology rich, environment. Being willing to learn and being self-motivated are critical for this position. The position reports to the circulation manager. This is a part-time hourly position (750 hours/year); work hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4-7PM.
Responsibilities
• Will use FOLIO for checking materials in and out of circulation
• Will interact with patrons using the library
• Will reshelve books
• Will do shelf reading as assigned
• Will provide support to the Circulation manager as needed on special projects
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• High school degree
• Competency with MS Office and a willingness to learn new programs
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Self-motivated

Experience in the library environment field
