We’re looking for an Equity Investments Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and understands the power of precision and trust.
The Role:
As an Equity Investments Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our employee investment ecosystem. You’ll help manage global legal entities, track allocations, support compensation strategies, and deliver reporting and insights that influence senior leadership decisions. You’ll also have an opportunity to support the company’s Equity Plan, as well as contribute to the financial accounting of the global carried interest program.

JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do:
Legal Entity + Allocation Management
- Support the management of global legal entities tied to Carried Interest and Employee Funds.
- Prepare, review, and distribute legal documents and quarterly grant packets.
- Track, analyze, and report on member allocations with accuracy and clarity.
Member Reporting + Insights
- Assist with our semi-annual Promote Bank reporting cycle.
- Manage global revaluation carried interest data entry and reporting for our asset and fund portfolios.
- Generate personalized reports that help our members understand their investment performance.
Total Rewards + Corporate Collaboration
- Work closely with the Compensation team to connect Carried Interest and Employee Fund programs to broader employee rewards.
- Partner with Corporate Finance and Tax teams to support liquidity planning and annual filings.
Strategic + Executive Support
- Respond to ad hoc executive data requests with speed and precision.
- Deliver actionable analysis that supports key leadership initiatives.
Always Improving
- Contribute ideas to strengthen our processes, data systems, and reporting quality.
- Stay sharp: keep up with investment program trends, tax developments, and corporate finance best practices.
What You Bring:
- Passion for accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.
- 0–4 years of experience in finance, compensation, corporate tax, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting platforms is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail — you catch what others miss.
- Comfortable working with senior executives and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize like a pro.
- A mindset of continuous learning and process improvement.
Working Environment:
- Hybrid work schedule (mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility).
- Occasional travel may be needed
