  • Evaluate technical architecture including cloud configuration, data management, and front-end solutions.
  • Monitor all aspects of the technical implementation including configuration management, testing, security, and system architecture.
  • Conduct documentation reviews and provide feedback on technical design, development specifications, and test plans.

  • Review and assess integration approaches and platform configurations.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by validating that technical deliverables align with system development standards.
  • Quarterly travel to visit with project team.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in solution architecture, especially with package-based platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and its setup is preferred.
  • Experience participating in or supporting IV&V or Quality Assurance efforts.
  • Solid understanding of technical considerations in child welfare systems and CCWIS projects (preferred).
  • Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and state government information system privacy and security standards (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical details into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preference is given to candidates who can work on-site in Indianapolis three days per week.
  • Quarterly travel to meet with client teams is required.
