As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting aseptic manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. The flawless execution of your responsibilities will contribute to the delivery of safe and high-quality products to our communities, making a significant impact on people's lives.</p><p>Starting Salary is €30,400 plus shift allowance.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>3 week shift rotation - two weeks - early 7:00am - 3:30pm and one week late - 2:30pm - 10:30pm</b></p><p></p><p></p><h2>What You Will Do:</h2><p>As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Picking raw materials for daily manufacturing, ensuring an uninterrupted production process.</li><li>Preparing components for use in Validation work, contributing to the successful implementation of new technologies and practices.</li><li>Sanitizing equipment for use in graded cleanrooms, maintaining a strictly controlled and hygienic environment.</li><li>Performing environmental monitoring when required, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.</li><li>Assisting in cleanroom activities, including basic aseptic techniques, to ensure the production of flawless products.</li><li>Labelling and packing finished products with utmost precision and attention to detail.</li><li>Strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to uphold our commitment to quality.</li><li>Adherence to Environmental Health &amp; Safety (EHS) requirements, promoting a safe and secure working environment.</li></ul><p></p><h2>To excel in this role, we require:</h2><ul><li><b>While experience is helpful, it is not crucial as we provide comprehensive training to all our technicians.</b></li><li>A desirable knowledge of GMP to ensure strict compliance with industry standards.</li><li>A curiosity about learning new technologies and practices, as we continuously strive for innovation.</li><li>Self-motivation and excellent communication skills to contribute effectively to a collaborative team environment.</li><li>An analytical and meticulous approach to problem-solving, ensuring accurate and efficient resolutions.</li><li>The ability to prioritize daily work schedules, adapting to the dynamic demands of the production process.</li><li>Flexibility to carry out different tasks based on the daily scheduling of staff, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.</li><li>The establishment and maintenance of good working and interpersonal relationships, fostering a positive team culture.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What are some of the benefits of working at Baxter?</b></p><p>At Baxter, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the exceptional talent that drives our success.
