Production Manager

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <h2>Job Scope</h2> <ul> <li>Checks the preconditions of production, the operative condition of the machines and the equipment necessary for production, usage of documentation and spare parts record management.</li> <li>Collects operational problems forward to the management and or develops a proposal for a solution.</li> <li>Improve quality improvement processes, provide resources and coordinate resources related to changes in production.</li> <li>Ensuring the serviceability of production equipment, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment condition</li> <li>Responsible for eliminating losses through value stream flows and to create flexible, reliable, and easy to use systems.</li> <li>Integrates the previously unrelated processes (departments) into a closely related value stream</li> <li>Facilitates the development and sharing of best practices</li> </ul><h2>Key Leadership Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Builds strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas within the company</li> <li>Motivate and develop employees</li> <li>Leads members of the value stream to achieve goals together</li> </ul><h2>Ideal Background</h2> <ul> <li>Finished college or university degree in relevant technical field</li> <li>Experience in Engineering domain (background in technical concepts, in machines, tools and production)</li> <li>Some knowledge of manufacturing technologies: Ultrasonic welding, Soldering, Adhesive bonding, Laser surface treatment, Pressing (or stamping, depending on context), Inspection equipments</li> <li>High proficiency both in English and Hungarian</li> <li>Knowledge of automotive standards (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA, PPAP)</li> <li>SAP knowledge is an advantage</li> </ul><h2>What We Offer</h2> <ul> <li>13th month salary</li> <li>Company Car</li> <li>SZÉP card</li> <li>Annual company bonus</li> <li>Rent financial support in case of relocation near Tát</li> <li>Innovative manufacturing technologies, state-of-the-art machinery, AI-supported production systems</li> </ul>
