Microsoft’s Azure Data engineering team is leading the transformation of analytics in the world of data with products like databases, data integration, big data analytics, messaging & real-time analytics, and business intelligence. The products in our portfolio include Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL DB, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Power BI. Responsibilities

  • Build user experiences that are driven by user needs, jobs-to-be-done (JTBD framework), and business needs.
  • Work closely with developers and program managers to bring designs to life within technical and performance constraints.
  • Collaborate with designers to maintain consistency across experiences.
  • Partner with researchers to plan, interpret, and apply user testing insights.
  • Communicate and document design direction clearly for team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the growth of an established, successful design team.
  • Thrive in an international team with effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design

    • OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design

      o OR equivalent experience.
