Your Role & Responsibilities
- Owning cross‑program risk management, including identification, scoring, mitigation, and escalation.
- Leading governance and risk forums with program leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Establishing and maintaining metrics and KPI frameworks across schedule, cost, quality, and delivery health.
- Analyzing complex program data and transforming it into clear, executive‑ready insights and dashboards.
- Monitoring program performance trends and proactively recommending corrective actions.
- Partnering with program teams to build and execute mitigation and recovery plans.
- Maintaining tools, dashboards, and centralized reporting structures for program health visibility.
- Supporting integrated planning by assessing schedule health, dependencies, and cross‑program impacts.
- Ensuring alignment with enterprise risk, governance, and compliance expectations.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply—strong candidates often have varied backgrounds.
- 7–10 years of experience in program management, risk management, portfolio delivery, or program performance.
- Proven expertise in identifying, assessing, and managing program‑level or cross‑program risks.
- Strong experience managing program performance metrics and KPIs (schedule, cost, quality, delivery).
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex data into concise executive‑level insights.
- Skilled in facilitating governance forums, risk reviews, and performance conversations with senior leaders.
- Proficiency using program management, collaboration, and reporting tools.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in large enterprises or regulated environments.
- Exposure to multi‑year transformational change initiatives.
- Background working with executive steering committees or structured governance models.
- Tools experience (e.g., portfolio dashboards, enterprise PMO platforms, risk registers, KPI reporting tools).
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project/Program Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI‑RMP, or equivalent certifications are helpful but not required.

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company‑sponsored benefits! $163,000–$183,000 annually or $94–$104 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
