Administrative Program Manager II - Domestic Violence Liaison Program
About the Position: This position works within the Community-Based Services Division of Central Administration as part of the Trauma and Zero Suicide team. It provides oversight for the Domestic Violence Liaison (DVL) program, offering training, guidance, and technical assistance to DV liaisons embedded in behavioral health agencies across the state. This role includes assisting with DVL orientation and trainings related to domestic violence, as well as researching best practices for supporting individuals at the intersections of domestic violence, trauma, mental illness, and substance use.
Additionally, this position serves as the Behavioral Health Liaison at Palomar, Oklahoma City's Family Justice Center. Responsibilities include coordinating partnerships with local behavioral health providers, linking Palomar clients to requested behavioral health services, and providing crisis intervention to walk-in clients as needed.
This is a hybrid work position. A minimum of 20 hours per week will be spent on-site at Palomar.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field and two years of professional experience providing services to victims/survivors of domestic violence, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience for each year of the required education. Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and crisis intervention skills are required. Experience working in the behavioral health field is preferred.
No substitution for an associate degree in Crime Victim/Survivor Services, Addictions Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Special Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
