Finance Area Lead Azure Cloud Economics & Strategic Partnerships

<p><span>We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Azure Cloud Economics and Strategic Partnerships Team. Our team is responsible for helping Microsoft develop long-term partnerships with our most strategic customers by providing financial evaluation of cloud deals, developing cloud business cases/financial models alongside our customers, and providing competitive insights into the financial and technical landscape of the cloud.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Within the team, this role will be responsible for leading Cloud Economics customer engagements within UK, France, Eastern Europe and Middle East, working directly with strategic customers to help position the financial advantages of the cloud.</span></p><p> </p><p><span>Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. This requires partnering with Global Black Belts, Engineering, and other Subject Matter Experts.</span></li><li><span>Articulating the outcome of financial analyses, synthesizing complex analyses simply to describe the financial and technical benefits of Azure.  </span></li><li><span>Being at the forefront of knowledge, learnings, and data about cloud business value, cost optimization strategies, the Azure product portfolio and other relevant topics. </span></li><li><p><span>Protect</span></p><ul><li><span>Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes. Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies.
