Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and optimize operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements and design scalable, high-performance solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow modules with third-party applications and ensure seamless interoperability and data integrity.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure software quality and reliability, adhering to industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven track record in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: IRM our GRC
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration methods.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
