Reporting to the Regional Procurement Director you are responsible for managing all indirect A&amp;CP activities such as Media, PR, Events, Visual Merchandising, GWP, Beauty Advisors for DACH and CEE region, ensuring that all services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. (c. $170M spend).</span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p> <p><span>You will maintain regular communication with global category leaders to ensure regional feedback is incorporated into category strategies and, in turn, ensure their effective implementation within the region. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, the ability to prioritize both short-term and long-term objectives, and the capability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers at both local and regional management levels.</span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>Your main focus:</span></p> <p><span>· Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with commercial leaders (GM, CFO, Marketing &amp; Sales Directors) to align regional procurement strategies with commercial goals and overall Coty objectives.</span></p> <p><span>· Execution of Procurement Strategies: Implement procurement initiatives that align with global strategies while addressing the unique needs of local markets</span></p> <p><span>· Supplier &amp; Contract Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manage contracts effectively, and ensure supplier performance meets Coty’s high standards.</span></p> <p><span>· Risk &amp; Compliance Oversight: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and company policies; proactively identify and mitigate risks, including supplier financial stability and performance.</span></p> <p><span>· Budget &amp; Performance Management: Develop and manage procurement plans within regional budgets, focusing on cost efficiency, savings, and financial accountability.</span></p> <p><span>· Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage market insights and ROI analysis to support strategic investments, drive sustainable savings, and foster innovation in A&amp;CP areas to drive long-term growth.</span></p> <p><span>Working for Coty means embracing the idea of being fearlessly kind to ourselves, to others and to the planet. As an experienced Regional Procurement Senior Buyer/Manager for A&amp;CP in the DACH &amp; CEE regions, you are highly motivated, with strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Additionally, you possess the following skills:</span></p> <p><span>· Meaningful experience in Procurement or related business function, at least 7 years, ideally at least 3 to 4 years’ A&amp;CP experience (whether through Procurement or other departments) in another FMCG Corporation.</span></p> <p><span>· Professional fluency in English and German is required and knowledge of other Central European language (Polish or Czech in particular) will be a strong advantage.</span></p> <p><span>· Concise, integrated thinking and storytelling: boil down multiple data points into a simple but powerful story that drives decisions and outputs.</span></p> <p><span>· Project management: organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables.
