Who we are looking for

Head of eFX Americas Technology. (Onsite)

What you will be responsible for

• Oversee teams with a broad range of skills and specialisms that work together to build and maintain technology platforms that underpin the electronic market making and algorithmic trading offerings
• Focus on assuring the core functionality, services, and tools developed by the team meet the needs of the eFX business globally, adhere to corporate architecture standards and objectives, and meet the financial and technical objectives of the eFX business strategy
• Lead technical product management for a suite of FX front office applications that support order management, trade execution and client analytics
• Coordinate the execution of resiliency and regulatory remediation plans in partnership with corporate technology teams

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in financial services, preferably: capital markets and foreign exchange, derivatives, and/or equities
• 8+ years practical FX Industry and trading experience, strong understanding for global FX products and processes across the transaction lifecycle inclusive of global regulations
• 8+ years experience with overseeing large cross function implementations within FX product space
• Deep experience in product management of low latency market making and algorithmic trading systems that serve large clients
• Understanding the full suite of FX products, including Currency Futures and Options
• Complete knowledge of the software development lifecycle for iterative, agile, and traditional approaches
• Willingness to support 24 x 7 global management oversight
• Experience with managing offshore and onshore teams

Additional requirements

• Knowledge of the trading venues and the industry utilities that permeate the FX industry
• Strong background in release management and understanding of architectural schematics
