Senior Product Designer - Enterprise AI Suite

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive, professional, and future-forward interfaces that bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with enterprise-grade usability.

Your work will define how businesses interact with AI, ensuring seamless user flows, world-class interactions, and scalability for global adoption. 

You'll work on:

AI-Native User Interface Design 

• Design intuitive interfaces for AI-driven workflows, including natural language interactions, automated task management, and real-time analytics dashboards  
• Create prototypes and wireframes that simplify complex AI functionalities (e.g., agent interaction, data integration) for enterprise users  

Enterprise User Experience 

• Develop user journeys optimized for professional environments, prioritizing clarity, efficiency, and compliance with enterprise security/design standards  
• Conduct usability testing with stakeholders to validate designs and refine interactions for technical and non-technical users 

User-Centric Collaboration 

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions for enterprise user 

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI developers to align design with technical feasibility and business objectives. 

Design System & Scalability 

• Build and maintain a modular design system to ensure consistency across platforms (web, mobile, desktop) and adaptability to evolving AI features 

• Collaborate with product and engineer team to implement responsive, performant UIs that scale across high-traffic enterprise environments 

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for enterprise software (ideally AI/ML platforms, or AI-native product design)  

• Portfolio demonstrating: 

• End-to-end ownership of complex user flows (e.g., dashboards, admin panels, data visualization). 

• Proficiency in Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD for high-fidelity prototyping  

• Strong understanding of AI/ML design patterns (e.g., conversational UI, predictive analytics, feedback loops, generative contents)
