You’ll work on a platform that’s evolving into a full ecosystem, helping to unify the user experience across web, mobile, hardware, packaging, and audio interfaces. Our UX team is structured for strong collaboration: you’ll be paired with a dedicated user researcher, allowing you to focus on design while also gaining firsthand insights from customers — including site visits and direct feedback. This role offers variety, visibility, and the chance to influence the full product lifecycle, all while contributing to a meaningful mission that puts user experience at the center of innovation.
This position is a part of the R&D department, and it will be onsite in Loveland, CO.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs: Develop design concepts, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Test and iterate rapidly: Implement quick changes based on user feedback from UX Researchers, improving design solutions and user experiences over time
- Lead design workshops or training sessions: Share knowledge on design principles, usability, and how design decisions impact the end-user.
- Work in ambiguous situations: Embrace uncertainty by asking the right questions, testing assumptions, and quickly iterating on design ideas.
- Stay flexible: Shift priorities based on evolving business goals, product needs, or user feedback.
