Commercial Estimating Coordinator

We are seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Estimating Coordinator to join our team. The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the estimating team with administrative task. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about commercial electrical construction, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare and submit bid proposals and other documentation as required
• Summarize commercial electrical bids within the scope of each project
• Document and organize projects with accuracy
• Prepare documents for takeoffs and/or change orders under supervision
• Support the department with various administrative task such as managing digital blueprints, plans specifications, and email addendums

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial electrical estimating or related field
• Type a minimum of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient utilization of Microsoft Office and online databases
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary Description $20-$27 DOE
