Description

As an Install Lead Level 2 with Call Dad, your main focus is enhancing the value of our brand through consistently delivering exceptional installations that wows our customers with every visit to their home. This position requires you to fill out all forms and take pictures in Service Titan.

1. Follow all CALL DAD policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook?? 
2. Complete all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual checklists for your specific role?? 
3. Strict adherence to DAD’s PILLARS at all times? 
4. Maintain strong customer relations at all times?? 
5. Meeting or exceeding the performance targets and goals your PDP? 
6. Effectively demonstrate a willingness to learn??? 
7. Effectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence?? 
8. Be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges and obstacles?? 
9. Be adaptive and flexible to the needs of the position and customers?? 

KPI EXPECTATIONS

1. NPS score of 90% or higher  
2. Call Back’s below 6% 
3. Inspection Pass rate of 95%  
4. Inventory Adjustments below $50 per month  
5. 0 AR
