International Agroservice Manager (m/f/d) for hybrid cereals

<p>International Agroservice combines the areas of plant breeding, marketing and sales within KWS. As an <b>International Agroservice Manager (m/f/d) for hybrid cereals</b>, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international team and actively contribute to the positioning of new products. In close collaboration with global portfolio management and regional product management, you will play a key role in the success of our BU Cereals. <br/> The workplace is our BU Cereals headquarters in <b>Wohlde </b>(Lower Saxony/Germany). This exciting and varied position is <b>permanent </b>and <b>full-time</b>. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility: </b></p> <ul> <li>Development of cultivation guidelines for new KWS hybrid cereal products based on own trial results. </li> <li>Development and implementation of solutions and strategies for agronomic challenges related to cereal cultivation. </li> <li>Identification of new market trends and, based on this, development of content for digital services for our customers. </li> <li>Planning of field trials and generating trial data.    </li> <li>Hosting of regular training sessions for internal stakeholders within the KWS core markets on new topics and trends in cereal cultivation. </li> <li>Recording, analyzing and communicating of external trial results in close collaboration with global portfolio management. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Your profile - competence meets personality: </b></p> <ul> <li>University degree in agricultural sciences or related fields with experience  in practical agriculture.  </li> <li>Solid practice-based knowledge in cereal cultivation, ideally in more than one country. </li> <li>Experience in planning and conducting field trials is an advantage.</li> <li>Good technical understanding, strong IT skills in MS Office, knowledge of statistics is a plus. </li> <li>Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are required; knowledge of German is advantageous. </li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics, combined with confident manner and a results-oriented, independent working style. </li> <li>Creative thinking and a high level of initiative. </li> <li>Willingness to travel occasionally (15%). </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Sow your future at KWS: </b></p> <ul> <li>As a family-run company, we live by the values of team spirit, closeness and trust, independence and foresight - a culture that is also lived in practice. </li> <li>Interesting and challenging tasks &amp; projects in an international working environment, with the opportunity to bring your innovative ideas to the seed industry. </li> <li>At Agroservice, no two days will be the same for you!
