As a Warehouse Inventory Associate (Drill Bits) , you will be responsible for:
Accurately record inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
Maintain accurate and organized inventory documentation.
Prepare and submit inventory reports as required.
Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse
- 2 years’ experience working as Warehouse inventory associate is prefeed
- Previous experience working a forklift
- SAP experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Basic written communication skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic math. Basic PC skills.
- The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
