As a Warehouse Inventory Associate (Drill Bits) , you will be responsible for: 

• Accurately record inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.

• Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system.

• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.

• Maintain accurate and organized inventory documentation.

• Prepare and submit inventory reports as required.

• Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

• Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse
• 2 years’ experience working as Warehouse inventory associate is prefeed
• Previous experience working a forklift
• SAP experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Basic written communication skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic math. Basic PC skills.
• The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The employee must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
