What you'll do:
 

As Strategic Customer Program Manager, you manage a Co-Innovation program between SAP and a strategic customer. In this program, both parties work together to design and develop agreed-upon functionality in the S4/HANA private cloud or SCM. You manage all that end-to-end, from program set-up and exploration to contracting, development execution, and customer roll-out.

Typical task of this role

 

 

• Program Management: You define the Program Governance and Project plan, set up and manage contracts, manage legal / contract tasks and budget, prepare and conduct steerings, track development progress, and manage risk.
• Safeguard standard worthiness: You take measures to ensure the standard-worthiness of the agreed scope by validating the functionality with multiple customers.
• Stakeholder Management: Your Key Stakeholders on the SAP side are the Development, Consultancy, and Account Teams, which collaborate closely with the IT and Business sides of our customer.

 

 

What you bring:

Proven track record of setting up and executing high-quality, cross-board programs.

• Strong experience in project - / program management with Top Tier Customers
• Solid understanding of SAP internal Development Process (Portfolio Planning, execution, Testing, Release)
• Experience preparing Steerings at the Executive level in close alignment with Board and Customer offices on the SAP and Customer sides.
• Ability to navigate the SAP-internal organization to align interna Stakeholders and Customers
• Good business process knowledge (S4/HANA or SCM).

• Experience with Portfolio Management and Budgeting Processes within SAP
• Good understanding of methodologies to define scope (Fit-Gap)
• Understanding of Testing methodology
• Expertise in managing global SAP customer implementation projects for large, multinational companies is a plus
• Experience in Consultancy is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a must, German a Plus
