Our technology, combined with our commitment to saving lives and our passion for aviation, will empower everyone to experience the joy and freedom of flight.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>SENIOR SYSTEMS TEST ENGINEER - EL SEGUNDO, CA</strong></p> <p class="p2">As a Sr. Systems Test Engineer you will contribute to the development of test equipment used to verify and validate complex aerospace systems and components against product requirements, following a standardized design and development process. In this role, you’ll focus heavily on electromechanical actuation system testing, ensuring test setups accurately simulate real-world conditions to validate performance and reliability. You will work closely with design engineers to support integration and system checkout activities using deployed test assets in lab environments.</p> <p class="p2">This is a full-time onsite opportunity based out of El Segundo, CA.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="281" data-end="406">Execute and support systems test activities in a high-tempo work environment, ensuring test objectives are met on schedule.</li> <li data-start="281" data-end="406">Develop, implement, and maintain test procedures, setups, and documentation to support avionics systems and subsystems integration.</li> <li data-start="545" data-end="712">Conduct system-level integration efforts in the Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment, maintaining configuration control and traceability across all test assets.</li> <li data-start="715" data-end="851">Collaborate with engineering teams to design, integrate, and troubleshoot harnesses and wiring for both SIL and aircraft applications.</li> <li data-start="854" data-end="958">Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for test articles, lab hardware, and integration assets.</li> <li data-start="961" data-end="1125">Coordinate and support supplier activities related to environmental and EMI/EMC testing, including reviewing test plans, witnessing tests, and validating results.</li> <li data-start="1128" data-end="1314">Work closely with cross-functional teams including GNC, Perception, Safety, Systems,
