You will work closely with design team and development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our deployment and governance solutions. From user experience research and service design to brand and product design, the Mendix design team is filled with creatives focused on elevating the user experience across our products. We are proud to be a diverse team and believe that cross-disciplinary co-creation is the key to our success. Our toolset includes Miro, Figma, Confluence, Jira when planning and conducting our work.<br/><br/> <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and initiative requirements.</li><li>2. Design user experiences: Create intuitive, user-centric designs for products related to deployment and governance, considering factors like usability, accessibility, and scalability.</li><li>3. User research: Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys and usability testing, to gather insights for design improvements.</li><li>4. Wireframing and prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.</li><li>5. Visual design: Implementing our platform design system. Design high-fidelity mockups and assets for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and appealing visual identity.</li><li>6. Collaboration with development teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of your design concepts, fostering a collaborative and iterative design process.</li><li>7. Iterative design: Continuously refine and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and user testing.</li><li>8.
