The RL Packaging team seeks a Technical Program Manager, Print & In-Box, who has strong experience as a program manager driving cross-functional deliverables and leading individual contributors. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver in-box materials and printed content for a world-class packaging OOBE. The Technical Program Manager, In-box & Print, is responsible for collecting cross-functional inputs, tracking/driving creative milestones, and delivering comprehensive in-box strategy, to support the creation and delivery of all inbox content and materials required for launch. You have a passion for problem solving and love developing strategic solutions to help creative teams accomplish bold things. - Program Management Lead for all inbox content on RL packaging products including VR, AR, MetaWorks, Wearables, Accessories and/or new device packaging
- Lead collaboration within Packaging, PVG, Design, and cross functional partners (product compliance, creative, packaging technical program management, ID, UXR, and more) to realize content on the packaging and in-box
- Establish and rollout a program management strategy and process across teams, ensuring smooth cross-functional interactions and on-time deliverables
- Accountable for end-to-end coordination of inbox content from product concept through launch
- Accountable for the execution of the schedule and ensuring day-to-day activities of the program are executed
- Represent cross-functional inputs in program review meetings
- Responsible for prioritizing resources across the legal, design, engineering, and program management teams
- Guide the team through ambiguous content definition, sourcing cross-functional inputs and influencing to find an optimized solution
- Present program updates to cross functional partners and leadership, distilling key program information and highlighting risks and recommended mitigations
- Initiate escalations as needed to meet program deliverables
- Recognize inefficiencies and directly drive implementation of process improvements and best practices for the direct cross functional organization
- ~20% international and domestic travel
- BS in engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of hands-on program management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in consumer electronics design cycles
- Experience working with packaging suppliers, creative agencies, and vendor management
- BS in engineering
- Extensive knowledge of print production and packaging manufacturing processes
- 10+ years of hands-on program management experience
