Project Management and Product Delivery Lead (m/f/d)

Location: Amsterdam, Stockholm, Münster or Berlin, with flexible working arrangements available

 

Your Role

As the Project Management and Product Delivery Lead (m/f/d), you will:

• Lead a talented team: Manage a group of 7 experienced Project Managers and Consultants, as well as the Product Owner of our Activation Team. Your team is based in Münster, Berlin and Stockholm
• Drive client onboarding: Define and oversee onboarding processes for new clients, from straightforward integrations to complex international projects.
• Advise and consult: Guide our clients on effectively using our product, including API utilization and configuration options such as dunning processes or billing setups.
• Implement change requests: Understand client requirements and collaborate with Product Owners and the extended team to deliver complex change requests.
• Shape scalable processes: Manage team capacity and stakeholder relationships while designing scalable processes in partnership with peers from our Tech and Operations teams.

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you bring the following qualifications:

• Leadership Experience : At least 5 years of experience managing teams
• Project management skills: Proven experience in implementing software solutions and managing technical integration projects, preferably related to financial processes.
• Finance expertise: A solid background in billing, financial accounting or similar – either through a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on project management experience: Several years of experience leading complex projects – ideally using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Fintech Knowledge: Experience in the fintech industry or a technology-driven environment is a plus.
• Language proficiency: Fluent English skills (C1 level); German proficiency is a strong advantage.
