Act as the point of contact for Spares Supply Chain customers, enabling a timely response to any topic related to spares / warranty support Return Material Authorization (RMA) to include stakeholder engagements, escalation management and new program implementation.

• Manage the overall spare part strategy for the plant
• Execution of risk assessment for machine components in order to reduce potential risk
• Provide and handle spare part master data
• Working Knowledge of SAP Helpful.
• Supervision of team.
• Verifies and manages material availability and demands
• Communicate with external suppliers and manage purchase for spare parts and warehouse strategy
• Manage the internal and external refurbishment processes
• Preparation of needed spare parts for maintenance interventions
• Cooperation with SCM regarding warehouse management
• Contact for spare part exchange / share on regional/global level
• Supports spare part harmonization and improvement initiatives
• Manage the handling of obsolete spare parts
• Provides input for general component standardization and root cause analyses
