About the role
<h3>Job Description</h3><p>A hybrid work model requires 1-2 day/days a week in the office.</p><p>Are you an experienced professional with a passion for product analysis and a knack for understanding customer needs? Look no further! We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a<strong> Data Analyst at Allegro</strong>. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping our products and driving strategies that resonate with our customers.</p><p><strong>We are looking for people who:</strong></p><ul><li>have a experience working as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst role or a similar capacity,</li><li>have proficiency in using<strong> SQL</strong>,</li><li>have basic programming skills in Python to automate analyses and data processing,</li><li>be able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective and clear ways of communication,</li><li>have experience in various types of analyses. Among others cohort analysis, trend analysis, customer path analysis, attribution analysis, retention analysis, clickstream data analysis, A/B Testing,</li><li>have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses,</li><li>have experience in analysing large datasets and presenting findings and recommendations,</li><li>know how to build an insightful dashboard in BI Tools (e.g.Tableau or LookerStudio),</li><li>know English at a minimum level of B2 (both speaking and writing),</li><li>experience in e-commerce will be considered an additional asset.</li></ul><p><strong>What will your work consist of?</strong></p><ul><li>you will work with product managers, development teams, UX designers and UX researchers in the product development of one of Europe's largest e-commerce,</li><li>you will take an active role in generating hypotheses, deriving insights from data, generating recommendations based on data and creating product development strategies,</li><li>you will support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes,</li><li>you will have a real impact on the shape of Allegro - the team's analyses are used as a key element in making product and business decisions</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>informal working atmosphere in a professional team- you will join a great team, for whom work is also a passion and an opportunity for development,</li><li>a wide selection of benefits in a cafeteria plan – you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers),</li><li>annual bonus (depending on your annual assessment and the company's results),</li><li>English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job,</li><li>a hybrid work model that you will agree on with your leader and the team.
