Job Description

  1. Learn Identity Management roles and request templates
  2. Build computers using IT Fleet Management (ITFM) process and equipment deployment
  3.  Learn Service Management Tickets to correct any ITFM related issues
  4. Deploy computers on floor start to finish and receive old computers into inventory.
  5. Assist users with questions related to smartphones, printing applications, and computer issues.
  6. Work with manufacturers to repair equipment. (Lenovo, HP)
  7.  Assist in walk throughs to learn more about computer networking.
  8. Follow up on user confirmations for ITFM replacements.
  9. Create new process for Android scanner implantation. While learning how our network subnets work.
  10. Special IT Service Portal (ITSP) related trainings to our customer. (Common ticket how-top’s)
  11. Learn about network infrastructure with SCCM, ESX, and NetApp replacements.
  12. Assist in switch replacement and cable management.
  13. Participate in new site rollout for AT6 (Network, Smart room, Video networking)
  14.  Document the completion of the new Atlanta site
  15. Assist in labeling and deploying wireless (AP) access points at AT, AT2.
  16.  Assist with improving communication and infrastructure between Bastian and Bosch.
  17.  Assist in sending surveys to Home Delivery customers.
  18. Create new printer layout map.

To qualify for Bosch’s Domestic Internship Program, you must:

  • Be a full-time student or recent graduate (<6 months) at an accredited university
  • Maintain at least a 3.0 GPA in a degree program
  • Be able to work at least 40 hours per week (full-time) during summer break and part-time during the school year
  • Be able to work from the office
  • Not now or in the future require sponsorship including CPT/OPT

Qualifications

  1. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  2. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  3. Customer-service awareness/orientation.
  4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Working on, or recently completed  a Bachelors Degree in IT or related disciplines
