Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer

About the role

You will provide overall administrative and project support to various levels across the organization. You will function as a trusted advisor and form partnerships across the business focused on process improvement.

What you will do: 

  • Executive Scheduling & Gatekeeping:  Manage the CRO's complex and dynamic calendar, prioritizing meetings and appointments, proactively anticipating potential conflicts, and ensuring their time is used strategically.  Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper, discerning requests and ensuring the CRO's focus remains on high-impact activities.  This includes coordinating internal and external meetings, often with high-level executives.

  • C-Suite Communication:  Serve as a primary liaison between the CRO and other members of the executive team, crafting and disseminating communications, preparing presentations, and ensuring clear and concise messaging.  This requires a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.

  • Strategic Project Support:  Support critical initiatives and projects as directed by the CRO, including preparing materials, tracking progress, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.  This may involve research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.

  • Meeting & Event Management:  Plan and execute key meetings and events, including leadership team meetings, sales conferences, and strategic offsites.  This includes managing logistics, preparing agendas, and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Operational Excellence:  Streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency within the CRO's office.  This may involve managing budgets, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

You need to have: 

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience.  

  • Demonstrated enterprise Project Management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use office productivity and CRM software.
