Summary

Oversees client service delivery for the eligibility business function area on the WI MMIS account.  Ensures that products, offerings, and services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed upon business goals and objectives.

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

• Leads and oversees client delivery for the eligibility area / set of subsystems on the WI MMIS account to ensure that contractual obligations and business objectives are met.
• Develops demand forecasts for the eligibility area / set of subsystems to assist WI MMIS account in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
• Works with client and internal Gainwell capability leaders to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
• Oversees and approves staffing for projects in line with established policies and procedures. Monitors and addresses budgetary compliance issues in relation to expenditures.
• Manages complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.
• Identifies and leads service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
• Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
• Supports developing new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Nine or more years of support services, project, or program experience
• Experience working in the technology industry
• Experience working with company products and operating systems

Other Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry, with Medicaid or similar health care system experience
• Experience delivering government services contracts
