Specialty Electrical Sales Advisor ( $5000 Sign On Bonus for qualified candidates )

Job Summary

Strada Services is seeking a driven and professional Specialty Electric Outside Sales Advisor to help homeowners protect and upgrade their homes with advanced electrical solutions. In this in-home sales role, you’ll represent products like whole-home generators, EV chargers, battery storage systems, service upgrades, and more.

You will receive a combination of warm leads to convert into appointments and pre-booked, customer-requested consultations. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and has a strong background in mechanical or electrical trades.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical solutions.
• Sell and advise on specialty products, including:
• Whole-home and portable generators
• EV chargers
• Interlock kits and manual transfer switches
• Electric battery storage systems
• Full-service electrical panel upgrades
• Convert warm leads into booked appointments and closed sales.
• Attend customer-generated appointments.
• Deliver accurate quotes and provide clear product education to homeowners.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline activity and CRM updates.
• Stay current on product knowledge, electrical code requirements, and industry trends.
• Ensure excellent post-sale communication and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven ability to close residential or in-home sales.
• Strong consultative sales approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized.
• Experience in residential generator or electrical product sales preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical background a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with insurance (must meet Strada's vehicle requirements).

 

Compensation

• Commission: Earn up to 10% of total closed sales.
• Vehicle Support:
• $100/week car allowance (paid monthly)
• Gas card and toll tag provided for business use
