We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Security Support Professional to join our team. This position involves providing project management and facilities support services.
The role may include managing sensitive information and interacting with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative support to the Security and Facilities Directorate.
- Gather and organize information about the Industrial and Personnel Security Program.
- Develop, establish, and maintain office procedures and records.
- Develop, maintain, and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government and agency regulations.
- Manage access and clearances, including issuing and tracking badges, and updating door and safe combinations.
- Maintain security-related documents, including personnel records, contracts, and briefings.
- Develop and prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, and other documentation.
- Conduct self-inspections and audits of documents.
- Coordinate with program management and other functions to ensure security guidelines are implemented.
- Serve as a liaison for restricted areas and customers.
- Track and maintain databases, including records of eligible U.S. citizens.
- Support credentialing and physical access control processes.
- Assist with suitability adjudications and visitor authorization requests.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to follow procedures and apply knowledge of security regulations.
- Professional Attire is a must.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION:
- Must be a U.S. citizen (by birth or naturalization) to perform services under a federal contract.
- Active security clearance is required.
- Prior experience in a federal contracting or government environment.
- Strong administrative and data entry background.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution skills.
