<h3><strong>About This Role:</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for an <strong>Amazon Program Manager and Business Developer </strong>to join our <strong>Communities Monetisation </strong>team. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us lead the relationship with Amazon stakeholders, negotiate rates and budgets, drive ASIN-level performance analytics, and orchestrate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Editorial, and Content & Community teams. You will act as the first-line product manager for the Amazon program, defining requirements and working with engineering to automate tracking and improve monetization, while safeguarding our community values and user experience.</p>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner ownership and negotiations</li>
<ul>
<li>Own day-to-day relationship with Amazon/Audible points of contact across EMEA+MX; run structured bi-weekly business reviews in an Amazonian, data-driven way.</li>
<li>Negotiate rates, tiers, coop budgets, and event packages based on robust forecasts derived from historical data and market insights.</li>
<li>Build joint business plans, define event strategies, and align on success metrics.</li>
</ul>
<li>Performance analytics and insights</li>
<ul>
<li>Secure reliable transaction, GMV, and commission data at ASIN level; partner with Data Analysts/Engineers to deliver dashboards and automated reporting.</li>
<li>Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly deep dives to assess monetization, profitability, and CX; translate insights into clear actions and growth bets.</li>
</ul>
<li>Product and tracking ownership</li>
<ul>
<li>Act as first-line product manager for the Amazon program: gather requirements, write business/functional specs, prioritize backlog, and coordinate delivery.</li>
<li>Drive tracking and attribution excellence across countries/campaigns; partner with Product/Engineering to automate tracking (e.g., via Clicky/our click service) and reduce manual work.</li>
<li>Champion operational excellence: define guardrails, SOPs, and scalable processes to improve quality, speed, and reliability.</li>
<li>A senior stakeholder for commercial and data product innovation across markets.</li>
</ul>
<li>Content & Community teams collaboration</li>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with Content & Community teams to source and surface the best Amazon offers and campaigns (BAU and peak events), delivering performance without compromising community values.</li>
<li>Ensure teams have the right tools, guidance, and bandwidth; collect feedback to continuously improve workflows and content quality.</li>
</ul>
<li>Testing and experimentation</li>
<ul>
<li>Design and run structured tests and pilots with Amazon counterparts to optimize monetization while preserving UX.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional retrospectives and post-mortems to make sure learnings are integrated and improve our processes.</li>
</ul>
<li>Event leadership</li>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute Tier 1 & 2 Amazon events; set targets, organize internal war rooms, align stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution.</li>
