At RIVA, people are our #1 priority.Project DescriptionRIVA’s Federal Government customer is in need of technical services and support to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services and services in support of increasing the Data Maturity for their customer. The services and support requested include project management, platform and application operations and maintenance, data services, data coaching, data taxonomy and data management, data governance and strategy, application security, and delivery management. The purpose of this work is to provide service-oriented IT support to the customer, for ongoing support services of Data Services. RIVA is providing an integrated, manageable, scalable, and flexible solution that meets the core support services and that maximizes the use of commercially available provisioned service solutions such that the purchase of new infrastructure for their customer. The services RIVA is providing are based on the Enterprise Core Services such that the Government can benefit from the existing services and economies of scale. RIVA will be presenting a solution that easily provides for evolution of services and that provides a proactive approach to ensuring service evolution and innovation occurs. Evolution includes technological effectiveness in meeting the customer’s missions and providing reduced cost and increased efficiency over time Position Description and Responsibilities

The Sr. Data Architect shall be responsible for leading successful implementations and focusing on how solutions address the broader business and technical needs of the customer, including the promotion of organizational health as it relates to Data Services.
The Sr. Data Architect must understand Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions and other third-party technologies, such as BA Insight connectors that permit Azure Cognitive Search to access the customer’s enterprise services and additional data sources.
The Sr. Data Architect will also be responsible for supporting and advising teams within the project that develop new products that will transition to the Operations and Maintenance team for support.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in related field
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Master, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
