Job Summary
We are seeking a key leader for our executive team to strategically drive Prove Identity’s marketing excellence and brand growth. The right candidate will oversee and strategically execute successful marketing initiatives to build on brand awareness across multiple media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update Prove brand positioning to appeal to both financial services organizations and emerging markets, globally.
- Instill and maintain a high-performance culture across the marketing team via leadership, mentorship, and clear communication of responsibilities and expectations
- Define and execute marketing strategy to deliver measurable and high ROI results
- Brand Awareness
- Pipeline Generation (across digital marketing, events, and other channels)
- Marketing Communications (Public Relations and Analyst Relations)
- Customer Marketing, including customer events and conferences
- Oversee all marketing operations to plan, develop, execute, and track marketing initiatives while ensuring brand alignment and promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Provide clarity throughout the marketing team for mapping tactics and activities to higher-level corporate objectives
- Lead product marketing to deliver assets that assert product positioning, optimized packaging, placement, and pricing.
- Own the Prove website and all social platforms, ensuring alignment of company and product positioning with the needs of key buyers.
- Drive account-based marketing campaigns to target specific buyers.
- Engage as a constructive and active executive team member to ensure marketing contributions are aligned with company short and long term goals.
- Develop and foster innovative marketing and brand development throughout the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced degree in marketing, public relations, business administration or a related field.
- At least 15+ years in a marketing leadership role at a technology company or fast-growing startup.
- Proven track record of marketing and sales leadership.
- Experience growing and managing a high-performance team is required.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
- Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies

The anticipated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $335,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities,
