We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team of talented professionals.
The Financial Analyst will be directly responsible to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will work directly with appropriate fiscal staff, Program Directors and Supervisors in the analysis of finance matters and budget development. Regular hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. and consist of a combination of in-person and remote work. However, specific tasks and/or processes will require work to be done during non-normal working hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Two (2) years of financial experience or other acceptable related business field.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to engage and maintain relationships with staff members, the ability to develop collaborative relationships with other programs, effective interpersonal communication skills, the ability to assess and intervene within complex accounting and finance systems.
- Must exhibit a willingness to be helpful, flexible, patient and creative.
- Additional requirements include: a nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs and diverse experiences of our staff members and the programs they represent.
