As a Software Engineer Principal (Data Products Strategy Lead) within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location.As a Software Engineer Principal (Data Products Strategy Lead) you will play a crucial role in shaping how data is used to create innovative and valuable data products for Lines of Businesses (Retail Lending, Retail Deposits, Wholesale and Wealth Management) and for Enterprise Technology.
Experience in data strategy, product management, or a related field within the financial services or fintech industry
History of leading change and influencing the adoption of new products
Candidate should have familiarity with:
-Leading Data repositories: Big Data Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata, No-SQL.
-Databases like MongoDB, Neo4J, Elastic Stack etc.
-Data technologies like Kafka Streaming, Alation Data Catalog etc.
-Data concepts like Metamodel governance, Data pipeline orchestration and feature engineering

- Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
