You will be a valued member of our "Leadership &amp; Organizational Development team" currently consisting of 7 people. Your will play an important role in developing our abilities to release our potential to become an even more welcoming and inclusive work culture for all.<br/> <br/> Concretely you will help facilitate the further implementation of Demant’s DE&amp;I program Embrace - oversee and further develop internal DE&amp;I engagement activities and projects to strengthen topics including, but not limited to:<br/>  </p> <p>•    Strengthening DE&amp;I in HR related policies and processes globally in Demant, ensuring they don’t unintentionally undermine diversity and inclusion efforts.<br/> •    Facilitate DE&amp;I workshops, dialogues and change activities in business areas and/or departments to engage managers and employees and establish DE&amp;I activities and goals that would be meaningful for the specific context.<br/> •    Track diversity and inclusion goals and contribute with DE&amp;I information for board meetings and annual Sustainability reporting.<br/> •    Keep up to date with and maintain compliance with national policies that are focused on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.<br/> •    Support DE&amp;I communities (e.g., Employee Resource Groups) and facilitate selected DE&amp;I events.<br/> •    Ensure that HR colleagues across Demant is trained in DE&amp;I and how it integrates with Demant engagement program, core values and leadership approach.<br/> •    Build a training program for hiring managers on how to select, manage and retain candidates from diverse backgrounds.<br/> •    Collaborate with group communication and HR colleagues to create and implement DE&amp;I campaigns and ensure DE&amp;I content is appropriately featured across internal and external channels.</p> <h2></h2> <p>The position is located at our international headquarters in Smørum – just outside Copenhagen. Due to the nature of the tasks in this job, it is important to be physically available on-site. Thus, we need a colleague who is already living in the vicinity of Copenhagen.<br/>  </p> <p>Your experience and way of working<br/>  </p> <p>•    You have solid project – and change management skills and have gained your experience in an international work context.<br/> •    Stakeholder management comes naturally – and you easily engage with various employee groups across cultures in a trust building and collaborative manner.<br/> •    Proven experience in DE&amp;I in a global company, ideally with a particular focus on internal employee engagement – content, events, processes, and employee communication.<br/> •    Solid knowledge and experience in ensuring company-wide DE&amp;I training tools, learning opportunities, and follow-up procedures.<br/> •    Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate people and teams at various levels of proficiency within the topic of DE&amp;I.<br/> •    Solid level of English and comfortable teaching and facilitating.<br/> •    A people person who is excited about improving the life of others.</p> <p><br/> Wanna join the team?<br/>  </p> <p>Then send you
