The UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of Psychiatry is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our clinical faculty and serve on our clinical team at Parkland Health. The position includes opportunities for supervision of trainees of various disciplines and participation in the department’s academic mission. The specific clinical, educational and research interests of the applicant and the needs of the department will determine the exact effort distribution of the selected faculty member. 

Candidates must have an M.D./D.O. and be board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry. While Texas licensure is not required for consideration or selection, it is a pre-requisite for starting in the position. Academic experience and a strong track record of clinical teaching is a plus.
