Job Title: Director of Automation Engineering

Job Duties

Ensemble RCM, LLC seeks a Director of Automation Engineering in Blue Ash, OH to manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) IT team and define the roadmap and budget of automated solutions projects for software processes. Identify areas for improvement, design and implement automated systems solutions, address technical issues, maintain RPA infrastructure, communicate and implement coding standards, and lead the development lifecycle of automation projects. Utilize Automation Anywhere V11 and A360 for License procurement, Java, .NET (C#, VB, etc.), VBA, HTML, SQL, Mainframe, programming and OOP basics, and UML or other modelling language. Ensure quality of project development and completion of proper documentation and handoffs to support team. Ensure technical teams contribute to an integrated code library. Employ database design techniques and assess browser and client-specific compatibility issues. Apply ERP concepts in client engagements. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor software developers. Position may work from home anywhere within the United States. Annual Salary: $142,126.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus two years (or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 progressive years) of automated software solutions experience. Must have at least two years of experience in each of the following: 1) Managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) IT team to identify areas for improvement, maintain RPA infrastructure, communicate and implement coding standards, and lead the development lifecycle of automation projects; 2) utilizing Automation Anywhere V11 and A360 for License procurement, Java, .NET (C#, VB, etc.), VBA, HTML, SQL, Mainframe, programming and OOP basics, and UML or other modelling language; 3) Ensuring quality of project development and completion of proper documentation and handoffs to support team; 4) Employing database design techniques and assessing browser and user compatibility issues; 5) Applying ERP concepts in user engagements; 6) Conducting performance evaluations and mentoring software developers, and 7) Defining the roadmap and budget of automated solutions projects for software processes.
