AG<h2><b>About the role</b></h2><p>As we continue to grow dynamically, we´re seeking a <b>Senior Transaction Manager Corporate Finance (M&amp;A) (m/f/d)</b> to become an integral part of our Corporate Finance department in Munich or Freiburg.</p><h2><br/><b>What You Will Do</b></h2><ul><li><p>Academic degree in the field of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field </p></li><li><p><span>Support BayWa r.e.'s Top Management in all M&amp;A-related tasks which are of strategic relevance for the development and the performance of the business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support BayWa r.e.'s three Business Segments "Projects", "Asset Operations" and "Solutions" and the country organizations in the further development of their activities </span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead the execution of acquisition and divestiture processes of BayWa r.e. AG</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participation in all phases of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions transactions worldwide, without limitation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comprehensive financial, valuation and other analysis of companies and (potential) transactions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execution of different M&amp;A transactions incl. distressed M&amp;A, spin-offs, carve-outs etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interaction with internal stakeholders, decision-makers from the various BayWa r.e. business units </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the "Global Head of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions" in the origination of new buy- and sell-side situations</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><h2><span>What you’ll need to succeed</span></h2><ul><li><p>Academic degree in the field of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field </p></li><li><p>5-9 years of professional experience, primarily in "Corporate M&amp;A", "M&amp;A advisory" or "Private equity"</p></li><li><p> Proven track record of closed M&amp;A transactions</p></li><li><p>Business fluent in English, ideally deepened by stays abroad, and optionally German language skills</p></li><li><p>Experience in project management and company valuations</p></li><li><p>Direct experience negotiating transactions, both financial and contractual</p></li><li><p>Profound understanding of most common M&amp;A valuation methodologies: Discounted Cash Flow, Comparable Transactions, Comparable Quoted Companies and Expert Multiple approach</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of Virtual Data Rooms (e.g. Drooms, Datasite, Intralinks etc.) </p></li><li><p>Experience conducting due diligence processes</p></li><li><p>Client-oriented and ability to lead and manage external advisors and relationships with investors/targets</p></li><li><p>Market knowledge in the energy industry is desirable</p></li><li><p>Excellent (or outstanding) Excel and Powerpoint-skills</p></li><li><p>Ability and willingness to travel and to work flexible hours that are sometimes dictated by deal-specific needs</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>What’s in it for you?</b></p><ul><li><p>Being part of a highly motivated ever-growing and multicultural team that drives forward the energy revolution</p></li><li><p>Innovative and fast-changing market and working environment</p></li><li><p>Mobile working  </p></li><li><p>Flexible working hours  </p></li><li><p>Modern office <span>atmosphere  </span></p></li><li><p>Company restaurant / Barista bar  </p></li><li><p>Discounted Conditions Fitness  </p></li><li><p>Discounted Online Shopping  <br/> </p></li></ul><p><b>Benefits can vary depending on the location and are not legally binding.</b></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>About BayWa r.e. </b></p><p>BayWa r.e. is the home for change makers.
