You will collect and aggregate information from a variety of sources and derive powerful recommendations for a high-level customer experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mission<br/> Your key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Organizing and planning the annual customer insight roadmap in line with the company's strategy and business priorities. </li> <li>Coordinating the planning of customer surveys across the Hager Group by consolidating all the initiatives carried out by the various teams. </li> <li>Coordinate the analysis of results, the formulation of recommendations and the associated communication plans with the various stakeholders. </li> <li>Implementing a 360° customer vision by customer target by aggregating all sources of intelligence available within the company and organizing its distribution within the company. </li> <li>Identifying ways of improving the customer experience and formulating clear, well-argued recommendations on the remedial action to be prioritized, in line with the impact on customer satisfaction and the company's strategy. </li> <li>Helping our markets and other stakeholders to take ownership of the system and providing the support they need to develop their adoption, autonomy and expertise.</li> </ul> <p><br/> Your profile <br/> With a 5-year degree, you will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, including expertise in data analysis and/or customer surveys, or any related field, and you will be able to identify with the following description: </p> <ul> <li>Practical experience in implementing various research methodologies (online/telephone surveys, focus groups, usability tests, social listening, etc.) and in coordinating service providers (survey institutes, etc.) </li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills to analyze large quantities of information and translate them into clear, concise recommendations to improve customer satisfaction. </li> <li>Expertise in project management, including the coordination of international projects, as well as a results orientation to ensure structured actions. </li> </ul> <p> <br/> With a strong customer focus and the drive, passion and energy to get things done for our customers, you are recognized for your thoroughness, curiosity and ability to inspire others to do the same.
