About the Position

As our Human Resources Analyst, you will perform advanced-level professional personnel work. This role will require the use of discretion and independent judgment in making recommendations and decisions in the areas of employee relations, compensation, policy compliance, recruitment, leave management, and personnel administration for the Clerk of the Superior Court Human Resources Department.

This position has the opportunity for a flexible/hybrid schedule after training is completed.

We Require

  • Two years of professional-level human resources experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or related field

  • Post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

We Also Value

  • Experience in employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and consulting with managers and employees

  • Human resources experience within a public sector environment

  • HRCI, SHRM or IPMA-HR Certified HR Professional

Job Contributions

  • Ensures all employee relations cases are handled consistently, in compliance with regulations and policies and procedures, in a timely manner, and in alignment with the Clerk's values and policies.

  • Conducts thorough investigations into employee concerns, policy violations, and conduct-related issues with professionalism and urgency to resolve employee concerns and help shape workplace culture.

  • Collaborates with managers and HR leadership to craft and execute performance management strategies, including corrective actions and improvement plans.
