JOB SUMMARYProvides expert technical leadership in BI architecture within Healthcare, Supply Chain, and Group Purchasing Organization. Works with customers and internal teams to analyze business need and provide solutions. Strategic lead over complex projects. Coaches the development of others on team. Leads development, maintenance and governance of technical architecture and design of BI solutions. Develops data models used for reporting and analytics, develops ETL processes for data. Operates across presentation and organized data layers to ensure advanced data analytics are delivered to users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads Healthcare, Supply Chain, and Group Purchasing data analytics, market shares, benchmarking, and supply expense reduction projects.
• Leads development, maintenance and governance of technical architecture and design of BI solutions.
• Develops data models used for reporting and analytics, develops ETL processes for data.
• Operates across presentation and organized data layers to ensure advanced data analytics are delivered to users.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• ETL/ETT/ETM Tools and Process (Expert): Has broad knowledge of all ETL/ETT/ETM tools and utilities for multiple, mission critical data warehouse systems. Has industry knowledge of a wide array of ETL/ETT/ETM tools and utilities, and recommends new products for pilot and/or acquisition. Is the final authority for the standards, use, procedures, techniques, and implementation of all ETL/ETT/ETM tools and utilities. Takes the lead role in establishing ETL/ETT/ETM standards and procedures.
• Business Intelligence Tools (Expert): Is a recognized expert and authority in all facets of the tool. Often sought out for help and advice in resolving difficult issues regarding the use and impact of the tool. Develops and implements creative, unique solutions for company-wide usage of the tool. May have successfully completed advanced certification and/or curriculum fulfillment.
• Data Warehousing (Expert): Has used a variety of data warehouse packages in the successful implementation of systems requiring the use of data warehouses in mission-critical and challenging applications. Takes a lead role in setting standards, establishing policies, and designing corporate data warehouse models. Is an authority of data warehouse packages available throughout the industry. Plays a leading role in decisions regarding data warehousing direction for the organization.
• Data Marts (Expert): Is a recognized expert and authority in all facets of the skill. Often sought out for help and advice in resolving difficult issues regarding the application, operation, practice and impact of the skill. Develops and implements creative, unique solutions for company-wide implementation. May have successfully completed advanced certification and/or curriculum fulfillment.
