What we want
The Postdoctoral Research Associate, under direct supervision, conducts research in mechanisms of extracellular vesicles from mesenchymal stem cells in treating autoimmune disease and radiation damages. Utilizes the skills and expertise granted to them by their education and experience to complete related research projects and write research papers. Mentors trainees, presents related papers and research progresses, and provides facility maintenance and laboratory management.

Qualifications
Required Education
Appropriate PhD in Biomedical Sciences.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD in cell biology, immunology, genetics, or molecular biology.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Experiences in working with laboratory mice and human cells.
Experience in bioinformatics.

Responsibilities
Research
Under general supervision, conducts research into their field of expertise.
Utilizes knowledge and skills granted to them by their education and expertise to complete research projects in their field of expertise.
Assists with the preparation and cleaning of worksite.
Analyzes research data and summarizes results.
Writes and may contribute to research papers, articles, and publications.
Facility Maintenance and Laboratory Management
Cooperates with other members of the laboratory staff in maintaining instruments and facilities of the lab or shared within the department.
Orders reagents and supplies and helps manage the laboratory.
Mentoring
May assist, mentor, and/or supervise student researchers and/or graduate students who are working on research related to the project.
Presentations
Prepares presentation materials on research topic that may be presented to small and/or large groups.
