Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS), a division of Getinge that delivers world-class IT systems for operating rooms, central sterile supply departments, and other hospital divisions. Digital Health Solutions is part of the Surgical Workflows Business Area at Getinge. 

 

The position 

 

We are in search of a Senior Director Finance within Digital Health Solutions (DHS) who will join our team in Copenhagen. In this role you will be responsible for driving and developing the financial operations of the DHS business and partner closely with the Vice President for DHS and the Management team in order to achieve efficiencies and results. In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing the Digital Health Finance organization. You will have full responsibility for the global DHS P&L and all DHS legal entities. You will be part of the global Surgical Workflow Finance organization and report to the CFO for Surgical Workflows. 

 

About you 

 

We are looking for a motivated, positive and results orientated Senior Finance Director. You are a strong collaborator, who is business minded and can partner well with a diverse group of stakeholders. You have strong communication skills, proactive, analytical, and structured in your approach and can clearly articulate the problem and proposed solutions you have in mind. You are passionate about your field and able to instill a culture of continuous improvement in your organization. 

 

Your responsibilities will include 

 

• Finance Business Partner to the Vice President of DHS and DHS Management team 

• Managing the Global DHS P&L 

• Leading the DHS Business and Financial Controlling function 

• Responsibility for forecast process 

• Key person in development of strategic financial plans 

• Financial lead for DHS M&A projects 

• Ensure compliance of internal control, treasury, statutory, tax with group and local legal requirements 

• Provide Financial business insight on actual and forward-looking performance to drive DHS business decisions 

• Create Business controlling framework for DHS and drive future development on the framework 

 

Your experience

 

• High experience in business controlling and ideally experience from similar branch 

• Strong Business partnering skills 

• Management experience from Global Finance teams 

• Good collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different departments to accomplish shared goals.  

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills  

• Strong ability to communicate, present and visualize  

• Ability to influence and inspire others to perform 

• Ability to structure, organize and follow-up 

• System knowledge (PowerBi, Microsoft Office) 

• Experience from a global international environment and to work in a matrix organization
