This isn’t just a job—and it’s definitely not just babysitting. You’ll be:

• Leading outdoor games and sports that get everyone moving
• Guiding art projects, science experiments, and other hands-on fun
• Helping with homework and cheering kids on as they learn
• Creating a safe, welcoming space where every child feels valued

Who We’re Looking For

You thrive around kids and know how to keep things both fun and safe. Maybe you’ve coached youth sports, been the go-to babysitter, worked with school groups, or raised great kids yourself.

No childcare experience? No problem—our training will set you up for success. This role is especially great for:

• College students in education, child development, or related fields
• Anyone curious about a career that blends purpose with play

Schedule You’ll Love

• Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:45 pm–5:30 pm
• Early release Wednesdays start at 12:30 pm
• No weekends. No nights. No late-night lesson planning.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED (High school seniors may apply for limited aide positions)
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting kids
