We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to support our Warehouse Supervisors and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, execute root cause analysis, maintain key inventory metrics, and support compliance across all material transactions. You’ll also play an important part in maintaining a safe, organized work environment and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control

  • Coordinate and follow up on the daily cycle count program execution.
  • Perform independent stock checks to support inventory accuracy
  • Maintain inventory classifications and counting groups, based on Cycle count strategies.
  • Execute daily PanaCIM scrap transactions in the ERP system
  • Review cycle count results and request /validate recounts for cycle count discrepancies when required.
  • Support Supervisors with day‑to‑day inventory‑related tasks
  • Assist with external inventory audits

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain and report cycle count accuracy metrics
  • Create multilevel Pareto’s to identify root causes and assure countermeasures are put in place
  • Monitor ABC count program execution to ensure progress compliance to cycle count plan.

Projects & Process Support

  • Support inventory‑related projects as assigned
  • Communicate project scope and requirements to leadership and relevant teams
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including Cycle Count Policy and QMP

Work Area & Safety

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
  • Participate in the daily 7S program
  • Identify and report safety risks promptly

Administrative & Team Responsibilities

  • Manage time effectively and maintain strong attendance
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments
  • Monitor department email and respond in a timely manner
  • Utilize department reports to maximize inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate as an active, reliable member of the team

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and identify discrepancies.
  • Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to perform independent stock checks and investigate discrepancies
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (AX or similar preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfort working in a warehouse setting and following safety protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to established processes
  • College Education or APICS certification
