About the role

The Pharmacist Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. The supervisor oversees daily ambulatory pharmacy operations and clinical services. This role provides leadership and coaching to develop individual team members to ensure caregiver and program success. The pharmacist supervisor works collaboratively with clinicians, medical staff, and leadership to develop programs that improve patient outcomes. The Pharmacist Supervisor develops and implements methods to measure program outcomes to support service / program sustainability and drive quality improvement.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, 
  • PharmD - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.    
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. 
  • Board of Pharmacy Specialties or National Certification specific to area of practice as applicable.
  • 2 years of related experience in a Lead or Senior role or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree - MHA, MBA, MPH or equivalent. 
  • Pharmacy preceptor license in applicable state as applicable.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
