Accts Payable Clerk

Under the supervision of the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting, processes Finger Lakes Health accounts payable and various other responsibilities relating to functions of the Accounting Department.
na Qualifications EDUCATION:
Minimum:
• High school education required
Preferred:
• 2 year Associates in Accounting or related field


LICENSE:

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
• Previous office experience
Preferred:
• Two years of previous computerized accounts payable experience.


SKILLS:
Minimum:
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including word, excel and power point.
• Prior AP software experience.
